HOW TO USE:
- Place a warm damp towel on the breast and let it warm the chest for 1-2 minutes.
- Apply sufficient cream to both breasts by circular movements from the outside to the inside of the breast.
- Massage the breasts, performing circular movements but, this time, in the opposite direction from the inside to the outside breasts.
- In last step, body slightly to bend down, both hands pat the breast base and gently massage from bottom to top repeatedly for 1- 2 minutes.
- Apply twice daily, once after bath and once before bedtime to get optimum results.
