Refund policy

RETURNS

All MAGPIELY products are guaranteed for 15 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange (with the exception of items marked "final sale," which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from magpiely.com. 

Items must be returned in their original condition. 

Please go to returns.magpiely.com. You will have the option to enter the order number and email address that you used when you made your order. Please then click “Find Your Order”. Once you access the Return Center, please choose which item you would like to return and select the reason - this will prompt you to make either a return or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

You will then be able to print a shipping label. Print the shipping label, affix it to your package and schedule a pickup or drop it off at your local post office!

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 10 working days.

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are not defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@magpiely.com and send your item to: 54/55, Anarkoli Super Market, Dhaka 1217, Bangladesh.

GIFTS

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.
