HOW TO USE:
Apply the Nirvana Color Liquid Matte Lipstick with the soft wand applicator included in the tube.
Start in the center of your bottom lip and work toward the outer edge.
The same technique applies to your upper lip.
You can wear this lipstick alone or layered over other lipstick.
For best results, let the liquid lipstick dry on your lips undisturbed, and don’t move your lips until it is completely dried.
