Account Deletion Request

At Magpiely, we respect your privacy and are committed to giving you full control over your personal information. If you no longer wish to maintain an account with us, you may request its deletion at any time.

This page explains the process, what data is deleted, what may be retained, and how we ensure your request is handled securely and respectfully.


How to Request Deletion

You can request to delete your Magpiely account by either of the following:

  • A clear statement confirming that you wish to permanently delete your account and associated data


Identity Verification

To protect your privacy and prevent unauthorized access, we may request additional verification. This may include:

  • Confirming your identity via your registered email or phone number

  • Matching details with your order history or account profile

We do not process deletion requests from third parties unless officially authorized.


What Will Be Deleted

After successful verification, the following data will be permanently deleted:

  • Your account profile and login credentials

  • Saved items (wishlist, cart history, etc.)

  • Support and communication records

  • Any personal data not required by law or for legitimate business needs


What May Be Retained

We may retain certain data if legally required, including but not limited to:

  • Transaction and order records

  • Tax-related billing details

  • Records related to chargebacks, disputes, or refunds

This data is securely stored and will not be used for marketing or advertising purposes.


Processing Timeline

  • We aim to acknowledge your request within 2 business days

  • Account deletion will be completed within 7 business days of verification

  • You will receive confirmation once your account has been permanently deleted


Important Notes

  • Account deletion is irreversible

  • All loyalty points, saved preferences, and order history will be lost

  • If you have any open orders or pending refunds, we recommend waiting until those are resolved
