We are currently seeking a remote Social Media Manager to lead our presence on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and more. You’ll plan, create, and manage content that reflects our brand, engages our audience, and drives results.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule daily content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms
• Collaborate with content writers, designers, and photographers to produce creative visuals and captions
• Monitor page insights, reach, engagement, and ad performance regularly
• Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate tone
• Identify trends and viral formats to create engaging reels and posts
• Manage campaign timelines and coordinate promotions and product launches
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and aesthetic across all content
• Report performance metrics weekly to the marketing lead

Qualification of the candidate:

• Age between 18–30 years
• Minimum educational qualification: H.S.C. (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
• At least 6 months of experience managing social media pages (personal or brand)
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
• Good command over English and Bangla (written and spoken)
• Basic knowledge of content marketing, brand voice, and audience engagement
• Familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools is a plus
• Must be creative, proactive, and organized
