Magpiely, short for Magpie-like, is a Bangladeshi chain of beauty stores headquartered in Bangladesh. Magpiely carries cosmetics, fragrances, nail products, bath and body products, beauty tools and haircare products.
We're happily based in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Product Information
We guarantee that our products are 100% authentic. We deal directly with brand owners and their authorized distributors.
We try to provide as much information as we can about our products and include a description of each item on every product page, where possible.
If you have any further questions, please contact customer support, stating the item number, and we’ll do our best to answer your questions.
We do our best to carry the widest range from a brand’s collection but it’s inevitable that we can’t carry every item. If you are looking for a specific item, enter the item number into the search field and it should pop up. If it doesn’t, it’s either sold out or unavailable.
Unfortunately, our Customer Service can't check whether the item will be available in the Online Shop or store.
It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
We love our beauty products and know how frustrating it is when a product is out of stock. Please click the 'Bell icon' button located on the bottom left hand side of the product page that is currently out of stock, and then click the 'Get Alert' button. You will receive an automated push notification once the item is back in stock.
Order Issues
Shopping with Magpiely is easy
1. Log on to magpiely.com.
2. To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Cart' with your desired quantity.
3. To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
4. If you have an applicable ‘Promo Code’, enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
When you're ready to place your order:
5. Click on ‘Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
6. Fill in your preferred Shipping Address, Shipping Method and Payment Option then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.
Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.
To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the Live Chat at the bottom right corner.
Unfortunately, we can’t cancel your order, since we send your order information from the online shop directly to our warehouse system for a speedy delivery.
You can always refuse to accept the delivery and the parcel will automatically be sent back to us at no cost to you.
As soon as the returned items have been registered, we’ll send you a confirmation email and refund the full amount.
If you've received something you haven't ordered, please contact us for support.
If an item is missing from your parcel, even though it’s listed on your delivery note, please contact us and we’ll be more than happy to help you solve the issue.
Give us your order number and the item number or product name of the missing item. We’ll be sure to refund you for the missing item if you’ve already paid for it.

No. Once you purchase your card in a Magpiely store, online at magpiely.com, or through an authorized retailer, your card should be active. If you have any problems with your card, you can contact us anytime.

Shipping & Delivery
No, we do not. We only ship to Bangladesh.
It depends on where you are. Orders processed inside Dhaka will take 1-3 business days to arrive. Outside Dhaka, deliveries can take anywhere from 3-5 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Yes, only inside Dhaka.
We currently offer the following delivery options:
Local Delivery — (2 working hours) — Starting From ৳60
Express Delivery — Inside Dhaka (within 24 hours) — Starting From ৳150
Standard Delivery — Inside Dhaka (1–2 business days) — Starting From ৳70
Standard Delivery — Dhaka Suburb (2–3 business days) — Starting From ৳110
Standard Delivery — Outside Dhaka (3–5 business days) — Starting From ৳130
*Dhaka Suburb includes Gazipur, Keranigong, Naryangong, and Savar.
Depending on the courier, your delivery may be rescheduled to the next working day.
In the event of multiple unsuccessful deliveries, your package will be returned to our warehouse. Please feel free to contact us if you need any further information.
Yes. Our delivery hero may contact you to confirm your location, you will also receive an SMS/Email on the day of delivery.
The customer will be contacted on the number which he/she has given in the order.
Furthermore, if you missed the first attempt delivery, we’ll attempt to deliver your order again. The attempts will not be the same for all orders. Delivery partners could take 1 - 3 attempts to deliver the order to you.
It’s always a good idea to check that the parcel hasn’t been damaged before accepting your delivery. If it has been obviously damaged during transportation, then don't accept or sign for it. It’ll be sent back to us and we’ll refund you in full.
If you’ve already accepted the parcel or it was accepted by a neighbour, please contact us.
We deliver daily between 12 pm and 6 pm for express service. To ensure same-day delivery, we recommend placing orders before 12 pm.
Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).
Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.
Returns & Exchanges
All products are guaranteed for 15 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange (with the exception of items marked "final sale," which are not eligible for return or exchange). The item must have been purchased from magpiely.com.
We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Please go to Return Center to start the return or just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process.
Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.
Once your return is accepted, the reimbursement, exchange or credit will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.
Unfortunately, all in-store purchases will need to be returned in-store. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.
Please allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to be delivered to our warehouse in Dhaka.
Due to Covid-19, it may take a few days longer.
We will notify and refund you as soon as we receive and process your return in our warehouse.
It can take up to 14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date of your return for your parcel to be delivered back to our warehouse, processed and refunded.
Once we receive your return, we’ll send you a confirmation email. After that, we’ll check the return and issue a full refund.
The refund will be made using the same payment method you chose when you made your order. If you paid with a credit card, it may take a few days for the money to appear in your account and the time it takes usually depends on your bank.
