The color of the Jackelin liquid eyeliner is not jet black but it is a nice deep black eyeliner. One swipe is good enough to give your eyes an intense dramatic look. It settles nicely to a matte finish. So, pigmentation-wise also, it is great! Texture wise the eyeliner has a nice thin consistency. It glides so smoothly and effortlessly on my eyelids that it does not cause any tugging or pulling of the eyelids.
