HOW TO USE :
- The eyeliner is close to the root of the eyelashes. Outline the eyeliner from the inner corner of the eye to the outer corner of the eye.
- The part of the line close to the inner corner of the eye should be thin and the line from the middle of the eye to the end of the eye can be thicker.
- The line close to the outer corner of the eye can be slightly extended.
